People Credentials
Our Senior Associates and Associates are all financially qualified finance directors and have at least seven years commercial and /or industrial experience. Usually, much of this experience is with larger companies enabling them to understand the structures and systems that are required for company growth. All of our associates have passed our Recruitment Assessment and Accreditation (RAA) process. Not only does this ensure that they are technically competent, and exhibit the Secantor values, but also ensures that they endorse the new team working concept, that stands us apart. This enables our clients to benefit from the knowledge of all of our people. This is embodied in our “client care” program where our regional directors ensure that the clients’ priorities are being met.
