Significant change brings opportunities.
The NHS has experienced radical change with the 10 strategic health authorities and the 152 primary care trusts (PCTs) abolished. Most of the NHS commissioning budget is now managed by 209 clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and is supported by commissioning support units (CSUs). Add to this the divestment of community services and there are many opportunities to be involved.
These changes present opportunities for organisations, whether they are social enterprise businesses, commercial organisations taking on new contracts, or GP commissioning groups. However to successfully win, integrate and manage in the new environment, may require new skills.
Secantor can help by providing experts in change management and financial processes to deliver long term benefits to organisations. The Secantor team will work closely with management, devising new strategies and integration processes, as well as ensuring that the financial information is relevant, timely and reliable.
